North East Annexation

The North Eastern Sphere Annexation is a project of approximately 4,100 acres that combines an area of conservations and post development. The goal for this is for smart new development and an effort to make it a priority to conserve the foothills.
The idea of the new development is to be a “neighborhood village” featuring a mix of residential, retail, commercial, and public uses – encouraging the community to get outdoors and stay active. The project has been in the process for about a year and a half and the development of this annexation area is expected to take up to 10 years to complete.
